Former Odisha Cricket Association Secretary, Ashirbad Behera arrested in Artha Tatwa chit fund scam

The Central Bureau of Investigation ( CBI) arrested Odisha Cricket Association (OCA),
Secretary Ashirbad Behera in connection with Artha Tatwa chit fund scam.
Along with him, the owner of the hotel Kamalakanta Das has also been arrested by CBI
in connection with scam. Besides the chit fund scam, Behera is in trouble with
Barabati Stadium land-grabbing allegations.
