DRUNK AND DRIVING
Today i.e on 02.11.2019 at about 1440 hours One driver of car bearing No. AP10AZ4024 proceeding towards Miyapur from Kukatpally in rash driving with drunken condition, when he reached near Metro Pillor No.01, hit to the road divider barricades, as a result the barricades ( public property) were damaged. On enquiry his name knows as G.Bharaneedaran S/o Govinda Rajan, R/o Plot No. 7, Jai Nagar colony, Sikh Village, Secundrabad. On alcohol test shown the BAC (Blood Alcohol Content) level as 249MG/100 ML. He was handed over in Miyapur police station, a case was registered against him, vide Crime No. 951/2019 U/s 185 MV Act, 336 IPC and Sec 03 of PDPP Act.
